Lecture and Discussion: Elective Affinities, Constitutive Differences: Contemporary Art in Asia
In conjunction with the international conference in Delhi titled ‘Elective Affinities, Constitutive Differences: Contemporary Art in Asia’, we will host presentations by international scholars Shaheen Merali on March 7, 2007 at 6.00 pm at the Max Mueller Auditorium and Lu Jie and Marian Pastor Roces will present on March 14, 2007 at 4.00 pm and 6.30pm respectively at the Audio Visual Room, National Center for Performing Arts in Mumbai. This program is organized by the Mohile Parikh Center for the Visual Arts in association with the Biennale Society, The School of Arts and Aesthetics of Jawaharlal Nehru University, Open Circle and Goethe-Institut/Max Mueller Bhavan, Mumbai.
