In this presentation, Shakuntala Kulkarni will speak about her artistic trajectory, readings, interest in intimate theatre and how her subject-matter has turned towards gender-specificity.  Questioning implicit aspects of patriarchy in everyday life, domestic settings and in public spaces, she explores the issues of urban women in the city. The artist lives and works in Mumbai.
